Due to the unemployment rate at its highest in years we have noticed an alarming increase in people trying to make a buck providing "handyman" services. Professional contractors refer to them as "two men and a hammer". Please be aware that these people will say they can provide quality work and complete your project, however, they have no idea what they are doing and they have NO general liability insurance or workmans compensation insurance. Regardless of who you choose to do business with PLEASE protect your investment by checking references and verifying insurance.
